Nov. 16-March 31: $2400/wk.
HOLIDAYS (Christmas and New Year's): $2800/wk.
Minimum stay is usually one week, but inquire if you want fewer days--we will try to accommodate you.
Rates are for 6 persons. For up to 2 extra persons, add $20/nt. each.
Children 2 years of age or younger are not included in count or charged as extra.
Cleaning fee is included for stays of 10 days or less. For stays over 10 days, we will arrange for our housekeeper to do a "mid-stay" cleaning. There is a charge of $120 for this service.

Pay
Lani Iki: A deposit of 50% is required.
Balance of rent is due in full 60 days prior to occupancy. Please contact us for further payment details.
CANCELLATION POLICY
For cancellations 60 days or more before scheduled occupancy date, all monies will be refunded less a $200 processing fee.
For cancellations less than 60 days before scheduled occupancy, monies will only be returned to the extent they are recouped by a new rental. There is a $200 processing fee. If the property cannot be re-rented, there will be no refund.
