RATES

March 1-Nov. 15: $295/nt.  $1800/wk.

Nov. 16-Feb. 28: $395/nt.  $2400/wk.

Rates are for 6 persons.  For up to 2 extra persons, add $20/nt. each. 

Children 2 years of age or younger are not included in count or charged as extra.

Rates include cleaning fee.  Please add 11.4% for Hawai’i taxes.

Payment is US dollars by check, money order, Paypal or credit card.  Contact us for payment details. 

A refundable security deposit of $500 will secure your dates.  Rent is due in full 60 days prior to occupancy. Your security deposit is fully refundable pending management’s inspection and approval of property at time of check-out; applicable refund will be made within 14 days of check-out date.

CANCELLATION POLICY

For cancellations 60 days or more before scheduled occupancy date, all monies will be refunded less a $200 processing fee.

For cancellations less than 60 days before scheduled occupancy, monies will only be returned to the extent they are recouped by a new rental.  There is a $200 processing fee.  If the property cannot be re-rented, there will be no refund.
