Keala Lani is a spacious, comfortable and immaculately-kept home with 3+ bedrooms, 3 full baths, a huge great room/kitchen, and a large family room with additional sleeping space.  The 1-acre yard is very private (at the end of a cul-de-sac) and planted in tropical flowers and trees as well as Kona coffee and other local delights.  There are 2 covered lanais (off the kitchen and master bedroom) and a large open deck from which you can enjoy the enchanting panorama and perfumed Kona breezes (the makani). 

Top floor (street level): The bright and cheery kitchen offers a new cooktop and oven, new refrigerator with ice and chilled-water dispensers, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, blender, coffee maker and coffee grinder—for your fresh Kona brew.  There is a breakfast bar where you can sit and sip and enjoy the view, or you can go out to the lanai and relax on the lounge or at the outside dining table.  The convenient laundry room provides a large-capacity washer and dryer.

 The great room features a comfortable sofa and armchairs, cable TV, DVD player, stereo with CD player and iPod dock, and a dining area that seats eight.

 The roomy master suite offers you a comfy king bed, private (very private) lanai, walk-in closet, immense bathroom with double sink, spacious shower and a sunken Jacuzzi tub with a view that you can only see to believe!  There is a bonus alcove off the master bedroom that is a perfect sleeping space for an infant or young child.

 The second bedroom has a queen bed and garden view.  The bathroom (with tub/shower) is a few steps down the hall.

Downstairs:  (It may be down—but it is still up above the bay and has the same amazing view as the top floor.)  The bottom level of Keala Lani consists of a large, comfortably furnished family room with Tiki bar and refrigerator and queen sofa bed.  There is a bedroom with queen bed and killer ocean view and a spacious bathroom with shower. 
  


The open deck runs the length of the house and offers yet another breathtaking view of the farmlands and lava fields that slope to the ever-changing Pacific.  It’s a great place for socializing, sunning, or snoozing on one of the lounges.  Enjoy cooking a tasty meal on the gas grill or having a soothing soak in the relaxing spa. Picture yourself with your favorite companion and a glass of wine, watching the crimson sun sink through the evening mist at the close of another perfect day in Paradise.

LANI IKI:  1-bedroom, ocean-view apartment.  (Sleeps 2-4)

 The downstairs half of Keala Lani will be available beginning in May 2008 as a 1-bedroom ((queen)/1-bath  apartment--Lani Iki (Little Heaven).  It has parking on the same (lower) level and separate access from the rest of the house.  The large living area has a queen sleeper sofa.  There’s a "tiki bar" area with a refrigerator for your drinks and snacks. The large sundeck with gas grill and spa is right outside your door. Check calendar link on Rates page for availability.

Lani Iki Rates: (Cleaning is included. Please add 11.4% for Hawai’i taxes.)

March 1-Nov. 15:  $125/nt. for 2 persons. Extra person $15/nt. Weekly rate:  $825, extra person $75.
